Shane Barker, the owner and operator, is an Army combat veteran who has fifteen years of experience managing and maintaining family owned properties. Owned and operated by Shane Barker. Shane’s property management and life experiences, along with a passion for hospitality, join together with our national success formulas for maximized asset value.
Shane was born and raised in the LA/OC area. From a young age into early adulthood, he managed and maintained family-owned properties. He then served in the United States Army for eight years and spent three years overseas in hostile combat zones. Upon his return to the United States, Shane received an honorable discharge and established a career in Human Resources while focusing on his education.
Since Graduation from Pepperdine University with a Master’s of Business Administration (MBA), Shane has proven his zeal for success by establishing his own property management company.
In addition to his dedication to achieving a successful property management company, Shane and his wife, Roxie, are active in supporting their three children in school and extracurricular activities.
